Track Order

Have your order number and the email or phone used at checkout ready.

• If you created an account, you can also log in to see your orders.

• Open the order confirmation email or SMS from PawNest and click “View your order.”

• When your package ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with the live tracking link.

• Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after your label is created.

When will my order arrive? 

• Processing time: ships in 1 business day

• U.S. delivery: 5–10 business days (free standard shipping)

Didn’t get a tracking email?

• Check spam/junk and search for “PawNest”.

• If you still can’t find it, message us with your name + order # and we’ll resend it.
