1. How long does shipping take?

  • U.S. orders: 5–10 business days after processing.

  • International orders: 10–20 business days, depending on location and customs.

2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, while our primary market is the U.S., we also ship internationally through our fulfillment partners. Delivery times and availability vary by destination.

3. How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 72 hours to appear.

4. Can I return an item?
Yes! We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please see our Refund & Return Policy for details.

5. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’ll make it right! Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@shop-pawnest.com or at pawnest.us@gmial.com with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they haven’t been processed yet. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
